LEGAL

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Video2Guitar. They are a practical launch foundation and should be reviewed with legal counsel before paid plans or a large-scale commercial release.

Using the service

You may use the service only lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your account, your submitted links and activity performed through your account.

Lesson sources and intellectual property

Only submit lessons you are permitted to access and process. Video2Guitar does not grant rights to third-party videos, music, compositions, tabs or teaching materials. Generated practice sheets are learning aids and must not be used to infringe copyright or redistribute protected material unlawfully.

AI-generated results

Analyses may contain omissions or mistakes. Always compare chords, tabs, technique and timing with the source lesson before relying on them. The service does not replace a qualified teacher and does not guarantee musical accuracy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass security or usage controls.
  • Do not upload unlawful, private, harmful or malicious content.
  • Do not use the service to violate third-party rights or applicable law.
  • Do not automate excessive requests without written permission.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions or discontinue features. We may suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach of these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every analysis will be complete, accurate or continuously available. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination and governing rules

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective. Mandatory consumer protections and the laws applicable to the service operator continue to apply.
